If I have legal custody but my spouse has physical custody of the child do I have to allow visitation?
I found out that I have sole custody of my four-year-old daughter and her father who never seek visitation or challenged my custody arrangement now resides in San Juan and wants to see her. This means that there is no order that has been made by a court which deals with the visitation rights. I feel unsafe with him, he takes her to the island beyond my supervision, I believe he might not bring her back. I also have proof that before he moved closer he agreed to visitation but never did. Could my decision to deny her visitation rights affect my custody status if he decides to go to court now?
