How to File for Emancipation Without Consent of the Parents
I am just 15 and I eloped from home last Friday. It was hell living in that environment, and I could not continue living like that and go through that misery every single day. My friends are saying I should apply for emancipation but my parents aren’t willing to sign for it. I went through emotional and physical abuse all my life and I think I can’t take it any longer. I really need help plz. What can I do?

What should I do if the Florida Department Of Children And Families continues to reopen false allegations on me?
I'm feeling so lost right now because my case is all over the place. When my three kids went to their father’s house to spend the weekend with him as I was admitted in the hospital to give birth to my fourth child, the father was involved in an accident. My first two children died, but my third child and that child’s father are alive. DCF stepped in and after some time I was considered not at blame. However, two months later, all the three children in my custody and my newborn and surviving child were taken away on the basis of some false claims. It took and enormous fight to regain my children and my case was finalised last year. However, DCF still remains active as it previously resurfaced with new claims every month. I am so annoyed right now I feel like Im constantly countering these fallacies with arguments that should be obvious. What can I do to stop this constant harassment?
