What If, Chapter 13 Payments Are Just Too Expensive?
About a year ago I had to file for Chapter 13 since I was renting out my house and had additional income. Now, I have returned and live with my parents and my income is fifty less than it was before. I am having difficulties in meeting costs such as food bills, doctors and other emergency incidences. I am also having doubts as to whether I can just get out of the Chapter 13 plan and start making payments for my creditors directly? What can they do if I do this- take my house for instance? What is going to happen if I fail to pay my bill, what are things that can keep me from foreclosure?
