Should I really hire a personal injury attorney for the situation?
My husband was driving at a reasonable speed when a driver that was under the influence of alcohol with a BAC of . 15 or higher rammed the back of our car. The driver was arrested, yet he was only charged with DWI in spite of the fact that it was a hit-and-run. The driver of the other car left without exchanging particulars, after damaging my husband’s car but they were easily apprehended when their car developed a fault. They have insurance, but the problems arise from the company they have insurance with a lot of insurance providers who are known all over for not paying damages as they are supposed to be doing. The trunk of my car doesn’t close, the sensors are using up my battery, and they persist. Also, the accident was terrible and had an impact on my husband’s properties; his phone got damaged, and he complains of great headaches, as well as back, shoulder, and neck pains. We have been going for the doctor’s appointments and observing all the required protocols. Taking into account these complications, is it wise to seek the services of a personal injury attorney to solve such problems?
