Is it possible for a father to have joint physical custody involving sharing of the child that is only 4 months old and is breast fed?
Technically, I am still married; he took out our baby boy from where I lived when he was only 14 days old and never brought back the baby. I filed an emergency petition and custody complaint and was awarded with primary physical custody. I also applied for a PFA since I am a survivor of domestic abuse, my abuse case was dismissed and 50/50 was awarded without my consent. Father at first was given / allocated by the courts two days a week of visiting hence little or no bonding time at all initially. I was ready only to offer more visitation days, but not overnights yet because baby is still exclusively breastfed and only 3.5 months old. I am in need of a new attorney because my previous attorney did NOT fight for my rights as a mother, instead of representing me she just agreed with anything that was given.
