If a sugar daddy transfers money directly to the sugar baby’s account then later insists that the sugar baby repay some of it but they fail to pay back can a sugar daddy take a sugar baby to jail?
I recently tried a sugar daddy app and got $1,500 from a sugar daddy—$ 500 for myself and $ 1000 I was supposed to repay. I have not returned the $ 1k, and now he is saying that he will have me arrested. I never forced him to give me the money but he decided to send it. In view of all this, can he actually have me incarcerated for failure to return the funds?
