How long does a reckless driving charge remain on your record, let alone if you are not intoxicated?
I have applied for a position in a city which involves driving a truck and prior to this, I was charged with reckless driving about 5 years ago. It was a misdemeanor and I hope that this is not something that is still currently in my record. Since the job entails clean traffic record, I have to find out whether this past charge will count against me. I think I had either commited a criminal or a traffic violation, well at least I was driving too fast and ended up crashing through a fence. The question that I have is how to know if this is still a problem or not?
