How does NyQuil appear on a urine test as alcohol?
Two weeks ago my 16 year old son was given a urine test which showed that he had alcohol in his system although he has not been consuming alcohol. The test results point towards NyQuil as being the common link. But how can NyQuil lead to a positive urine test for alcohol?
